Might not be 100% suitable but I've had good results using Jali
www.jali.co.uk <http://www.jali.co.uk/> . Their
downloadable design software
allows you to visualise your creations and get a full quote which is useful
for trying out ideas. There are some limitations - design style are limited
to Classic, Contemporary & Ethnic styles, it comes as bare MDF so has
to be
finished on site and no wood veneer options, and it's flat packed so you
have to build it/install it yourself or find a local joiner to do it for
you.

Looking for a cabinet maker or joiner to make up some storage / home
cinema units for me.

Can anyone recommend me one in the Surrey/London area?

No need for them to design, I will do the design - just need basic
advice and for them to do a good construction job and be able to do a
high white gloss lacquered finish.
