RE: Storage subsystem for HA server

In this case, (no pun intended!) probably just in the standard
3.5"
internal drive cage within the case. I have one of those high-density
hot-plug cages (a 5-in-3) in one of my other servers, they're fine, but
I don't think I need it in this instance, - This isn't primarily a
massive storage server, - my media server has that role, with it's 2TB
array (5 x 400GB) on an 8 port controller, that has 3 ports worth of
expansion left. I've nearly filled that, so I'll be needing to add 1
more 400GB drive to it quite soon and trying out the Highpoint
controllers' array expansion facility.

Also, my shortlist has now expanded to four potential controllers:
Highpoint RocketRaid 2310
ARECA 1210
3Ware 9650SE
Promise Supertrak EX4350
