When I did mine, I didn't use an Action Replay. I already had a
chipped Xbo=
x so I simply ftp'd the 2 game saves onto the XBOX and then copied to the
m=
emory card. Then put the memory card in the new xbox and copied the saves
t=
o its hard disc. If you get really stuck and can send me a memory card
then=
I can copy them onto it for you. Once you have the game saves on a memory =
card it's a 5minute job to soft mod an Xbox.

Not sure about brand-new but Game, Blockbuster etc. are selling on
used ones. I suppose you'd get some sort of limited warranty (don't
know for sure) but that's probably not much use if you're going to
hack it anyway.

If you buy it from a shop I guess you've got someone to take it back
to and shout at if it doesn't work once you get it home...

Going rate for them in Woking & Farnborough is about =A350 including a
couple of games and one controller. Price seems to vary with # of
controllers, "desirability" of games etc.
