Just read the review (thanks Paul)

They do thank Seagate for providing serial ata drives for diskless drives
and d-link for a gigabit switch.

To be honest, I would have thought the bottleneck in these devices is the
electronics/firmware between the sata connector and the network, not the
drive itself, assuming is a modern drive.

I did notice the 'power consumption watts' table is titled 'bigger is
better', I think it should read 'bigger is hotter' :)
