One of the Zyxel Prestiges (e.g.
http://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/Shop/Specifications.asp?ProductID=3800)
should do this.

According to some pages I've seen my 3Com OfficeConnect router is supposed
to do it but I can't see how to setup Multi-NAT on it.
