RE: Xbox as MCE 2005 Extender

Ian,

According to Ian Dixon the MS Xbox extender only works on US Xbox's. I know
there has been some talk of modding an Xbox but I wouldn't know which one
to
buy and then there is the problem of getting the actual extender software.

Thanks anyway
Darren

Well, I had it on a DVD-R, but I don't actually have an MCE PC, so it was a
bit pointless!!

Ian, have you got this working ? Does it have to be booted from an Xbox
extender CD ir can it be run from a menu option on the dashboard or from
within XBMC ?

Thanks

M.
