I was looking for a mount that would fix to the dash but tomtom didn't
seem
to have one yet for the 910 (they did for earlier models).

Then went for a brodit clip and a round plastic disk (found it on ebay)
that
sticks to the brodit. So the tomtom suction mount attaches to the plastic
disk rather than the windscreen (couldn't find a suitable place on the
windscreen for the tomtom).. Hope that makes sense.  Advantage is that its
easy to move the tomtom around or hide it when away from the car.

Just need to sort out a neater power supply, and knowing my local Merc
dealer that is likely to cost an arm and a leg -:(
