that is exactly what I was purchasing mate so I can hardwire my ADSL +
PSTN extensions
into the socket directly for a neater solution :)

I bought a Modified NTE5 Master ADSL Adaptor from clarity to do this -

This provides a very neat solution with both filtered and unfiltered
terminals on the rear of the socket.
I then use the filtered to serve all my extension wiring and use a pair
in that same cable to deliver the unfiltered onto a socket on my patch
panel in node0. The ADSL router then gets plugged in there. Very tidy
and running fine on ADSL Max at 8128 ...
