After the master socket and any ADSL microfilters, PTSN needs 2 pairs
(only half of the second pair is used though, for the "bell"
signal),
and ADSL a single pair. So you could fit 2xADSL + 1xPTSN on a single
cat5 cable.
If the ADSL connection is sharing a line with the PTSN, you could put a
microfilter at the far end and send the unfiltered signal down one pair.
You still need half a pair for the bell signal, but you will have 2
pairs left for additional ADSL signals.
