19" racks

Anyone suggest a source of cheap 19" rails and some rack strips
to do a DIY
rack housing ?
I have about 12U space which I'm looking to rack a couple of servers (local
& test servers, not my main business servers !) / PC's (possibly rack
my
main PC as well). The space won't fit a traditional rack cabinet and
cooling
will be easier with an open frame.
