Component video switch needed...

I=92m after a recommendation for a 3-4+ component video switch (for HD
sign=
als) that has the following features:
* Good quality
* RS232 port for automated switching and status
* Digital audio switching along with the video
* Ideally 19=94 rack mountable
Any ideas?
