JJ - 5 Drive SATA II Backplane -Hotswap

Just got this in from xcase for the automation pc and can't for the life of
me get it to work. I have attached the 5 (of each) obvious sata and hard
drive power cables but nothing. The fact that the fan at the back does not
spin up suggests I need to connect to some of the jumper style pins on the
back - perhaps the gnd and 5v ones but there are loads of them. Just
wondered if anyone on here had got one up and running and knew what to do.
