To be honest.... I havent been able to create a restaurant style curry

it though :(
and I agree... its mostly odl fashionec curries such as the dopiaza, bhuna

etc.

There's a book I'd recommend if you haven't seen it - The Curry Secret, K=
ris Dhillon. Written by a Curry Restaurant chef - gives the secret of the
