I'm looking for a Bittorrent client that's got
schedulable bandwidth
settings, so I can limit the bandwidth it uses during
the day but let it
have full reign at night.

I'm aware there's a plugin for Azureus that does this,
does anyone know if
it's any good? And are there any other Windows based
clients that I can do
this that I should consider too?
