i have seen similar online before, and the price was horrific.
I would just get a lasercutting place to do it, if you draw it up and give
them the cad file it should cost a lot less.

Someone posted details a long time ago of a company that can produce custom
rack panels (for 2U, 3U etc). Cutting out holes for phono connectors, SCART
etc.
Any ideas?
