[OT] Any Google/Adwords experts here

Are there any experts here or recommendations for people that can
assist
with targeted google advertising.

We seem to be paying a fortune (obviously not by some peoples standards)
for
adwords and i'm fairly confident that we're being clicked to our limit by
competitors.

I've tried reading through the google adwords stuff and havent got the time
to get really indepth with keywords and stuff like that.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Likewise if anyone can see why our website doesnt work when we get people
there i'd appreciated the feedback - www.rolec.net
