Parrot do a BlueTooth enabled frame but it's quite small 3.5" and
the
reviews are a bit disappointing - but the Expansys price seems OKish.

Considered this for a xAP CallerID application to show who's on the
phone.  BT uploads are reported to take 15 secs though...  Shame there
isn't some other form of push capable frame - unless you go the Linux root.
