Yes!

But mines only visible under fluorescent lighting, under normal lighting
it's not there at all.

It's very weird as the LCD itself is fine, it literally looks like there's
a
tiny drip of oil between the lcd and touchscreen layer.

I'm putting up with it at the moment as this is now my 2nd unit as the
first
one died after 3 days (refused to boot past the t-mobile splashscreen) and
I
had to wait for 10 days to get a replacement as they had no stock.
