I currently have a Netgear FSM726S and a GS108. They both "just
work",
and more importantly, have a sufficiency of flashing LEDs...
The 8port switch replaced a linksys (10/100) one that had a habit of
locking up every so often. It's not rackmount, but I believe the next
model up (16 port) can be.
