RE: [OT] ADSL Max - New microfilters?

I've been doing a lot of research on the whole Max topic + experience
with my 3 lines - these links are good to look at:

http://www.farina1.com/bookmark/000004/2005/02/27/00020260.HTM

http://www.aaisp.net.uk/aaisp/maxmagic.html

Common problems (as I've seen on all 3 of my lines) include the data
throughput rate being limited for many days ranging from 3 to more than a
month - even though the modem syncs at a high speed (8Mbps in my case).
There is light at the end of the tunnel though - so hang on in there!

Personally - I've always had at least 2Mbps on the whole download and a
nice 832 Kbps upload (which is a huge improvement).

Lots of chat on ADSLGuide about all this.

Paul.
