Putting a standard telephone socket on a wireless network

Need some help guys,

I want to put say a phone onto my wireless network so it then goes out
through the BT line. I have a wireless network and would like to plug the
phone in anywhere (is there a wireless bridge type item that maybe has an
RJ45 socket) which I can then put a phone jack adaptor to (forgot the name)
and would that be enough to send it to the phone line?

Thanks

Chris
