That's where Dean came in, developer not prepared to install the duct
because he thinks that is too expensive or difficult!

If I was the developer looking at this thread - it would probably turn
me off. There's just too many variations.
I'd create the channel in the wall and place a pull through cable, so
the client can put whatever cable(s) relevant to his screen.
