chinese x10 ? s10? modules

found a website selling new style x10 (called s10) modules.

Anybody around experience with these modules ?

Per individual module there is a sort of English pdf file. looks as if
you can actually program macros' inside of these modules. But I don't
get it. Maybe somebody has better explanations ?
