Telephone over CAT5/Patch panel

Probably a dumb question here but I don't seem to get my head around
it.

I have flood wire my house with (probably^h^h^h^h^h^h^h not enough)
CAT5. I know that if I want to connect a phone I need a CAT5/BT adaptor.
My question is at the patch panel end. If I want to connect my BT master
socket to a single CAT5 outlet this is just a simple cable connection,
however how do I cable it up so that I can connect the phone line to
multiple CAT5 outlets?

JB
