The guy that I saw using it was the American bloke exhibiting the

calibration kit by the side of the Dymo stand this week ... I spoke with

for a while as I'd like to buy the calibration kit myself (but at =A32k

hardly worth my while as I'll only use it occasionally) but I saw this

on his desk and asked him about it as I find most of the USB to Serial
adapters a tad flaky (or at least as you found they change addresses
easily=
)
and he reckoned they were fine...
