Thanks Mark.

I always remember your memorable quote 'You can never have enough
CAT5' !

Yep, I have photos of the Home Cinema install, but it's still work-
in-progress. I was thinking of posting them to AV Forums, as I
wasn't sure if anyone around here would be interested, but I'd be
happy to share them once I near completion. Waiting for the walls to
be skimmed this weekend. (p.s. Any recommendations for a good photo
hosting service ?)

I do have a curtain controller, but it's a cheepo one
(http://tinyurl.com/h8e37). Was just
thinking of sticking to X10 to
control it.

As for the future Curtain control (Goelst / Silent Gliss/ any
other), would this only need low voltage power ? If so, I guess
further runs of Alarm cable could do the job ?

For Phone cable, I was thinking of using the one for everything. I
really can't visualise the need for more, but perhaps I should just
add 2-3 just in case.

Main Sky Box will be at Node 1. Think you're right though... I'll
include two more CT100's for Sky+ and possible move to Node 0.

It all adds up!

Wifey is being exceptionally understanding... I've spent 2.5 years
easing her into the idea of full automation and AV distribution!
