I'm going to do a full review once I've had a bit of time, but it's
setting up at the moment. Initial thoughts are "wow, it's tiny" -
very
slim indeed, slimmer than the Tivo. Comes with every conceivable cable
to fit the myriad of sockets on the back. The keyboard is a bit
lightweight and feels plasticky (unsurprising, since that's what it is),
but otherwise a solid piece of kit.

It's currently outputting through component to my standard 32" TV and
the display isn't great, but then it s doing the setup stuff which uses
small fonts (well, smaller than the normal MCE interface). The entire
desktop is going through this - no other display devices connected. I'm
going to see what the MCE UI is like before trying scart.

I can't take any pictures until the end of the week as my brother has my
camera, but I'll include some in the review.

How did I get one so quickly? Luck, I think. I ordered it on Thursday
and they said it should have come in on Friday, but there is definitely
a shortage.
