Networks points, tv points, speaker points - how much?

I am getting a new build done, and wanting to ensure that my house is
well cabled so have been reading here to gain some knowledge.  Does
anyone have rough price guidelines per socket that they have used?

Decided that in most rooms I want
Dual Cat5e
Speaker Sockets
TV points.

However having problems trying to get an approximate budget?

TV points - Dual CT100 most likely?

Also routing speaker cables within the room to a central point.
- 1 5.1 system
- 1 7.1 system
- 4 * stereo systems

As the electrician will be doing the work he might as well run the
cables and sort out the backplates, any idea what this might cost in
each instance?
