'was wondering if anyone had a feel for how long cables can be with DVI
splitters ?

eg: the following :

http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=1403

I've checked their manual, but it gives no clues ... could cables be run
twenty metres, say, to the next room ?
