Re: Ultimate Node0 design ?
Presumably Node0, Node1, Node2, etc. Each a functional area.
This is the approach I took - there is a Node 0 where all the Cat5 is
terminated and the HA server but Node 1 has most of the home run
lighting (75 cables!) and the dimmer packs/transformers (20 channels),
Node 2 is the boiler room with a xAP Netiom and an industrial PLC, Node
3 has 2 Netioms (for individual heating control and misc switching -
lights, fans, mirrors, UFH, etc) and a dimmer pack. Excluding the
dimmers, the control gear is in industrial steel enclosures in void spaces.
