[OT] [slightly] Latching plug-in RCD

Something's causing the main RCD in the distribution board to trip
with
annoyingly frequent irregularity. Trouble is, I can't for the life of me
find out what's causing it. Of course, it usually happens when I'm at work
and by the time I've got home, the UPSs have all shut down.

So, firstly, any suggestions for finding the problem?

I thought of using plug-in RCD adapters wherever there's a significant
amount plugged into a single socket (such as the AV kit, computer kit,
etc.)
in the hope that they might trip first (or at least, at the same time). The
trouble is, I'm having difficulty finding plug-in RCDs that don't
disconnect
in the event of a power failure which (a) make it much harder to use them
as
a diagnostic device, and (b) would be a real pain in the event of a
temporary power cut where all the kit would remain switched off.

Anyone know of a plug-in RCD that doesn't trip when the supply fails?
