I use SiteGround (http://www.siteground.com/) after a
recommendation
from soemone on the group I think.
I have the cheapest setup - $4.95 a month - and have been happy with
it.
However I dont do anything more advanced than put my pictures up
there, I only use HTML none of the scripting languages.
To date it has always been available when my family or I have needed
it.
No connection to them other than I have been happy with their service.
