Hi I am really new to this home automation stuff and am just moving
into a new home.

I was hoping to pick your experienced brains on what system to set-up
from scratch if I want to have an integrated security (including
wireless camera web streaming) and lighting system operable from
Windows MCE 2005, with some sort of protection for powercuts.

I have assumed the first thing to do is decide which software to use.
I have looked at Homeseer, Harmony etc. I have no idea which one to
pick  . Has anyone got some suggestions?
