RE: XBMC: Can you help?
I had issues with upgrading my XBMC last time, due to the parsing of
the
xboxmediacenter.xml file being rather more strict than previously - turned
out I have a rogue end tag in the file.
Worth checking the xml file doesn't have any errors.

delete the whole xbmc folder, grab an updated version (no point in
putting what is probably an older version now on there) and ftp it
across, make sure you get the contents of the languages folder
copied, as that's what's giving you the error now. either a corrupt
or missing xml file for the english language.
