Hey all,

i know we got some clever folk here so Im putting my faith in you! LOL

I have a pc with two SATA caddys with a 300Gb drive in each both
serving media to my xbox with xbmc. The pc's not been happy since I
started with SATA and eventually I had to use System Restore a few
weeks ago.

At the same time I upgraded my XBMC installation.

Since then I have lost streaming ability from one of the drives. I
can view both with no problems within xbmc and info on any files but
if I try and stream a dvd or any movie file nothing happens.

The xbmc log shows an error which Im told by the xbmc guys is due to
permissions probs.

Now since the probs started I've re-installed XP and re enabled my
shares exactly as they were so Im assuming its not the pc, equally I
can't understand why it would be XBMC?!

Anyone got any ideas?! feel free to take it offlist if its more
appropriate.

Many Thanks

Noel
