I guess so. The other thing I noticed before my ports were open is that all
of my connections were tagged as local i.e. initiated by me. I would also
get no more than 4 or 5 seeds and 7 or 8 peers. As soon as the ports were
sorted I now get upto 35 seeds and 80 or more peers, and the connections
are
now remote.

OK. The most I've ever got is about 45kb/s so I guess my router ports
are open?
