It all depends on the output of the mat - most mats & films have a
limited
heat output that is only designed to make the tiled floor feel warm for
bear
feet and is nowhere near enough for primary heating. The quoted output per
square metre is the give away - those around 75w/sq metre are really for
comfort use. 120w/sq.m upwards and you are getting upto the levels needed
for room heating. For conservatory heating most electric UFH manufacturers
will recommend an output of 150w/sq.m and generally this means the thicker
cable systems.

So if I was to put the carbon mat UFH down, you wouldnt recommend this for
the conservatory as well - but mebe have a seperate electric element
version ?
