Relaying a TV Picture with remote over an IP Network

Guys,

I wonder if anyone can help. I have been asked to pass a TV picture and
sound, from a set top box (SCART, or S-VHS etc) over an IP link (10Mbit
Fibre).

I have quickly looked at www.slingmedia.com <http://www.slingmedia.com/>
but it does not support PAL (only NTSC at the moment)

Ideally the solution would have an IR receiver at the distant end which
relays the IR commands to the Set Top Box and passes the TV Picture and
Stereo Audio to a PC at the watching end...

Thanks in advance

Nigel
