Hmmm.  Must be some new restriction, then, or specific to their bonded
service.  I'm on a lower-priced A&A business service (can't get more
than 512K/s here) and there's no cap.  My contract basically says
"don't take the piss inbound and all you can eat outbound".

Getting on for one GB/day is a lot of data though.  Can there really
be that much of interest on the internet? :)
