For the uplink a FireBrick can do this - see

We use one here for bonding lines, and can help you with the install.
For ADSL we always recommend Andrews & Arnold, and they can bond
downlink too, with no hardware involved.
Alternatively you can run pfSense on one of these:

which should be able to do the same thing, but I've not had chance to
test it yet .....
