Have you resorted to idratek.pl in your search for info :-)

As far as I know it doesn't connect to EIB -- different protocol on
the wires. Although I did ask when I found Danfoss do an EIB rad
valve. My guess is this website is comparing it to EIB, which may be
more common in Poland than C-Bus due to proximity to Germany and hence
Siemens.

If you search a bit further through the site, you will find a
reference to "Softromech". Google on this and you'll find this
accessory which is not yet in the module line-up:
