Simon,
I have recenly completed my MCE box using mostly salvaged parts (Athlon XP
2800+, ASUS A7N8X-VE/400, 512Mb ram, 40Gb HDD) and purchased a pair of GDI
Black Gold DVB-T Freeview TV Cards. They are exceptionally easy to set up
(no driver issues, worries etc) and IMHO very good. Only real
recommendation
besides that lot is if you are trying to put it under the TV the best quiet
80mm fans I have found are the Nexus ones from Kustompcs:

Subject: [ukha_d] Budget MCE PVR Equipment

I'm about to delve into the world of MCE PVR, and wondered if anyone had
any
comments, or used this hardware :
1 x MCE Remote
1 x Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-T Freeview receiver PCI
1 x 128Mb EVGA Nvidia GF FX5200 DDR PCI TV DVI
1 x Windows MCE

I hope to integrate this into an "old" PC I have to try it out.
Anyone using
a similar setup?

Thanks

S.
