Yes there is but it depends on what you're wanting...

If you want to relay IR from one place to another then no - C-Bus is
basically a serial communications bus with a throughput of 9,600 baud
rather
than a pair of wires that you can just stick any old electrical signal up
but there is a C-Bus IR transmitter than can learn a number of codes (up to
255 IIRC) and can transmit them on receipt of a C-Bus instruction.
