I occasionally had a similar problem on a Windows 2k machine which seemed
to
get multiple Outlook processes on the task manager running in parallel and
all downloaded mails at the same time. No idea where they came from, or
why, but quitting them from the process tree solved the problem.
That said, that was for all e-mails not just one source, so may not be the
same problem.

Hi Darren
No problem here. Have you changed or added any outlook rules ?
When I first create a rule I almost always forget to tich "Stop
processing
more rules" so seemingly get duplicates.
