Wiring a 2-way light switch 3-gang

Can anyone explain roughly how this wires up?

A 3 gang switch which controls my hallway light, bathroom light, and
bathroom extracter.

the wires are very messy inside and when I replace the switch I would like
to clean up the
wires rather than just hack it wire by wire to new switch.

I have 3 sets of COM, L1, and L2.. all the neutrals are connected in a
little connector
and the COMs appear to be connected with seperate bits of red wires (its
all old core colours).

There is also a random yellow and blue coming out two of the L* terminal.

Chris
