For a 2U 19" case that'll fit in a 300mm deep rack have a look at

It'll take ITX and ATX boards, although it doesn't appear to have much=20
in the way of space for drives though...

If you want to stay with the ITX form factor have you considered one of=20
the ITX boards that takes a Pentium M? The boards are a bit on the dear=20
side but the processors are cheap as chips from eBay (I bought a 1.3GHz=20
for 99p the other week and found an ATX socket 479 board for =A332)
