RAID performance software?

I=92ve now finished building a 1.4TB RAID5 array for storing all my

c etc. I want to check it=92s performance =96 anyone know of a piece of
sof=
tware that will check performance (or should I just use one of the
standard=
drive performance tools =96 which one?).
