Thanks for that Jim - but it causes more problems than it answers :(
In my case it CERTAINLY does affect FTP and HTTP traffic as well as the P2P
stuff.

Looks like ISPs have joined the ranks of Banks and Governments - They are
all cr*p it is just a matter of finding the "least-worst".
