I have a think that if you use optical/digital audio out, you cannot
use the RF modulator... (I have the coax hack on my xbox and was told this
when I got it)

What I really wanted to do was buy an XBOX cable to get something like
S-Video and optical out for the main TV in the lounge and then also use the
XBOX RF Modulator cable to pass a signal voa 75ohm COAX to other rooms in
the house, is there anyway to do this?

I think the problem is both cables would want to connect straight into the
back of the xbox, how do others do it?
