Thin Client / RDC-RDP
'struggling here ... with a Thin Client, can an application be stored
on the machine or does it have to be on the server ... ie: could I
load Idratek onto one of Mark's Neoware e100s ? The overall scheme,
if I'm not making it too complicated, would be to use the Neo' on its
own (no keyboard, no mouse, no screen, no HD) and to manage it via
RDC / RDP from a 'Mac ... all assuming, of course, that I could load
the Idratek CD on the 'Mac (G4) & download it to the Neo', without
having 'XP on the 'Mac, just RDC using RDP ... ????
any thoughts, please !
